After flirting with the idea that Bruce Almighty (the scene with Morgan Freeman as janitor) was rehearsing for the Calcutta spittoon championship, or trying to negotiate downwards the rent (claims of rising damp) on the future head office of the media empire that is shortly to become FYI, I would say that he is in a very good place.

Jon is still feverishly trying to find a space for his upcoming nuptials to the neice of Mas Macho Co-Founder and Board Chairman, Paulito Cebolla. Jon knows of Cebolla's reputation...he demands and will expect nothing but the best for the daughter of his beloved sister. Jon is panicked as he inspects every inch of this possible venue. FYI's new office space. However, Jon's pissed that they didn't polyurethane the floors or wash the windows and apparently all the furniture was moved to the wrong floor. It's hard to get good help these days!

1. Jon is in the spanking new offices of ForYourImagination, Inc.....then he realized, oh my god, we have to PAY or this?

2. Jon is like YESSSSS! now we can dismantle our offices in the Bowery, that CHarmin Box ws getting just a little itchy.
