This fantastic 3000 sqft loft has all the unique characteristics that you expect in a New York loft space. Entering the space from one of three elevators, for that industrial feel come up to the 6th floor loft via the original freight elevator (at sidewalk level). Or for a more refined ride up hop on one of the two passenger elevators (one manual, and one manned). Once off the elevator you enter the amazing space gifted with 15' ceilings, three columns, and one entire wall of windows facing south. Walls are all painted white and our 21'Wx12'Tx24'L cyclorama can be tailored to suit your production needs.

A kitchen is located on the east side of the space housing everything you need for an elegant catered event, or simply nibbling while hanging out during your photo shoot. You will also find three separate restrooms in the space.

The space is equipped with antique furnishings that lend nicely to creating a warm lounge area for guests to feel right at home. Dimmable track lighting accents the ceiling to create an abundance of lighting possibilities, from romantic mood lighting, spot lighting dining tables, bright studio lighting, or gels can be provided for a dramatic transformation of the space.
